Jacek’s work exists at the intersection of architecture, design, and art, where rigid boundaries dissolve, and objects take on spatial significance. His journey has evolved from shaping spaces to sculpting the elements within them - lighting, furniture, and forms that infuse places with presence and meaning.
Fascinated by light as both illumination and sculptural force, he creates luminous artifacts where material and form engage in quiet dialogue. Salvaged elements - cables, metal, stone fragments, and even discarded paper - are reimagined through artisanal processes, while sculptural foam, layered with marble powder, sand, and organic binders, becomes a vessel for light.
Originally from Poland, Jacek’s move to Portugal introduced him to a new landscape, a different rhythm of light, and the serendipity of found materials. The rich diversity of Portuguese stone and the ocean’s shifting presence continue to shape his practice - a continuous narrative where architecture, design, and art merge in unexpected ways.
