Tiago Moura is a Lisbon-based product designer and woodworker whose creations merge geometric precision with raw, organic inspiration. Graduating from the Lisbon Architecture University, he was deeply influenced by his professor, architect João Paulo Martins.
His journey into craftsmanship began outside Portugal - surfing led him to travel in his early 20s, working along the way. In Australia, he discovered the world of construction, and from there, his passion for woodworking deepened. Over the years, he honed his skills in California, New Zealand, and Indonesia, learning from master craftsmen before returning to Portugal in 2019 to establish his own practice.
Dedicated to designing and building custom furniture from locally sourced materials, Tiago Moura’s work reflects a profound respect for craftsmanship and sustainability. His creations, shaped by natural forms and his ever-curious approach to design, are built to stand the test of time.
